Day 1 Arrival in Bangkok
Arrival in Bangkok.  Meet with our guide and he will arrange the van transfer and guide you to Furama Silom Bangkok Hotel in the township of Bangkok.  At leisure.

Day 2  Bangkok – Loei – PhuRua(B,L,D)
Am      Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Don Muang Airport
10.15   Take the flight Air Asia, FD3542to Loei Province
11.25   Arrival in Loei Airport, transfer to PhuRua District.
13.00   Stop to have lunch at PhuRuaPotchana Restaurant.
14.00   Check in at PhuRuaRuan Mai Resort.  Take leisure for a while, then learn how to plant rice by the “rice seedling throwing” technique developed for the organic “Riceberry” plantation (natural red rice which has the scent and the flavor like that of a red berry).  And also try your hands on rice threshing and husking like the olden days.
19.00   Dinner at a local restaurant

Day 3  PhuRua – PhuLuang Wildlife Sanctuary – Chiang Khan (B,L,D)
07.00   Breakfast at the resort.
08.00   Travel to PhuLuang Wildlife Sanctuary.
09.30   Nature trek on a Wild Orchid Nature Trail inside the wildlife sanctuary.  This protected highland forest is well known for nurturing 245 species of wild orchid flowers (seasonal).  Possibility to participate in a reforestation operation.
13.00   Lunch at Chachanart Woodland Resort, located in a lushly green environment, that used to be a barren hill, then got regenerated by the Eco Lodge.
14.30   Continue traveling to Chiang Khan District.
16.30   Check in at Sri Chiang Khan, a small but nice hotel, located right on the walking street and on the bank of Mekong River.  Take leisure.
18.00   Stroll along the famous Chiang Khan night market.  Shop for souvenirs and local products.
20.00   Dinner at a local restaurant such as HuenLuangPrabang (local delicacies) in the night market

Day 4  Chiang Khan – Chiang Khan Discovery (B,L,D)
05.30   Go to Mekong Street, Chiang Khan. (*Please kindly dress properly).
05.45   Participate in the morning alm-giving ceremony to Buddhist Monks, along with the local and 
other Thai visitors.
06.30   visit the morning market, try some Loei’s delicacies that the local have for breakfast.
07.30   Back to resort for breakfast or rest.
09.00   Go to Baan Na Pa Naad Community, Chiang Khan.
09.30   Visit a “Thai Dam” Community. (The Thai Dam people originally come from the South of China
and migrated to Thailand a few hundred years ago. They are still very close to their own culture
and beliefs.) : Learn how to make “Tum Nok Tum Noo” (lucky charms). Then, continue to the
Thai Dam weaving cooperative by I-Tag, a Thai-made local truck to see how they work on the
cotton and make beautiful handmade clothes and accessories.
13.00   Lunch at the Thai Dam Museum (local recipe).
14.00  Go to the “Mekong Wooden Houses” Community, Chiang Khan : Take on a short bicycleride
though the old but charming wooden houses near the Mekong River, observe the authentic
way of life and stop at some workshops to see decoration paper cutting, bamboo weaving and
some beautiful old Thai houses.
16.00  Stop at Auntie Nang’s house. Learn how to make a “Pa Sad”, a floating raft made of banana
leaves and trunks, whose form resembles a pagoda, carrying three joss sticks, one candle,
and fresh or bee-wax flowers. The local may put a piece of a nail or a strain of hair in their
handmade Pa Sad and float it in the Mekong River, to float away bad luck and ill health.
17.00  Take a boat and go to the middle of the Mekong River to float away the Pa Sad. Enjoy the
serene atmosphere that reigns over the Mekong riverbanks at sunset. 
18.00  Stroll along the famous Chiang Khan night market. Shop for souvenirs and local products.
20.00  Dinner (fine local delicacies) at Smile @ Chiang Khan Restaurant, in the night market.
22.00Overnight at Chiang Khan River Mountain Resort.

Day 5  Chiang Khan - Loei– Bangkok– Trang (B,L)
09.00   Breakfast at resort.
09.50   Check-out > Transfer to Loei Airport.
10.50   Check-in for flight.
11.55   Fly to Bangkok with Air Asia flight FD3543.
13.05   Arrival at Bangkok Don Mueang Airport.
13.30   Lunch (international Buffet) at Amari Don Muang Airport Hotel
15.00   Check in for flightto Trang
16.00   Fly to Trang Province with Nok Air, flight DD7410
17.20   Arrival at Trang Airport, transfer to AnantaraSikao Resort
Overnight at AnantaraSikao Resort.

Day 6  Trang – Islands Discovery (joint tour) (B,L)
07.00   Breakfast at the resort.
08.00   Islands excursion: the Emerald Cave, KohMook, KohKradan and KohChuek for snorkeling (incl. buffet lunch).
16.00   Come back to the resort.  At leisure.
Overnight at AnantaraSikao Resort.

Day 7  Trang – Bangkok (B)
Am      Breakfast at the resort.  Take leisure on beach.
13.00   Transfer to Trang Airport.
14.00   Check in for flight.
15.00   Fly to Bangkok with Air Asia, flight FD3244.
16.25   Arrival at Donmuang Airport.  Transfer to check in at FuramaSilom Hotel.  At leisure.
Overnight at FuramaSilom Hotel.

Day 8  Bangkok – Departure (B)
Am      Breakfast at the hotel.  Your own discovery of Bangkok.
Transfer to Suvarnabhoumi Airport for departure flight.
